Flouring mill in this borough, notice something wrong with the machinery, and immediately shut off the water and stopped the mill. On going to the basement they found the crushed remains of a child. It seems that a little son of Amos Klock, aged about 8 years, by some means, got into the basement, and probably while playing near the machinery, got caught between the spur wheel and the pinion, the cogs drawing him in and almost literally grinding him to atoms. We have never witnessed such a mangled mess of humanity."
